Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access and use of the services offered by Comunidad Jom, S.A. de C.V. ("Servion Labs") through its platform and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Servion Labs provides intelligent business systems that integrate CRM, automation, and artificial intelligence. The contracted service modalities are:

• Servion Core — CRM platform with pipelines and dashboards.
• Servion Flow — Marketing automation and WhatsApp integration.
• Servion AI — AI-powered intelligent conversations and automated agents.

Each plan includes the features described on the pricing page at the time of contracting. Features may be updated with prior notice.

The service is contracted on a monthly recurring basis. Payment is due in advance at the beginning of each billing period.

• Prices shown are in USD. Invoicing in MXN applies the exchange rate on the date of payment.
• Initial setup is a one-time, non-refundable fee payable prior to onboarding.
• Failure to pay within 5 business days of the due date may result in service suspension.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us at least 5 business days before your next billing date.

• Cancellations take effect at the end of the paid billing period.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
• The initial setup fee is non-refundable under any circumstance.
• Refund requests based on a service error will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

• Provide truthful and up-to-date information during registration and use.
• Keep your access credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Not use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
• Not attempt to access systems, data, or accounts that do not belong to you.
• Comply with applicable laws regarding personal data protection when using the CRM.

All platform elements — including software, interfaces, branding, and documentation — are the exclusive property of Comunidad Jom, S.A. de C.V. or its licensors.

The user data you upload or generate through the platform remains your property. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the contracted service.

Servion Labs provides its platform "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific commercial results.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the most recent billing period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email or an in-platform notice at least 15 calendar days before changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute arising from these Terms, both parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in San Luis Potosí, S.L.P., Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond by reason of their present or future domiciles.
